Updating WFM Automatch Settings

To update automatch settings:

1. Go to Setup > Locations.

2. On the Locations page, choose between the following:

   • Set options for a single location

   • Set options for multiple or bulk locations

3. For a single location, follow the steps.

   1. Select a location.

   2. From the Approvals tab, click the Automatch subtab.

4. For multiple locations, follow the steps.

   1. Click Bulk Actions.

   2. Click Automatch.

5. If you are updating for multiple locations, configure location settings.

   1. Set the filters.

   2. From the Available Choices panel on the left, select the locations where you want the automatch settings to apply.

      If you want to select all locations, click Choose All.

   3. To move the chosen locations to the Chosen Items panel on the right, click the blue right arrow symbol at the middle of the panels.

      If you want to clear your chosen items, click Clear All.

6. Set the automatch and rounding settings that you want to apply to all of the selected locations. For descriptions and examples of each setting, see Automatch and Rounding Settings in WFM.

7. Click Save.
