CSV Fields for Importing Asset DHRs
Before importing a depreciation history record, make sure your CSV file includes the following fields:

DHR Name |
Enter the depreciation history record name. This field identifies the depreciation period for the DHRs you're importing. You can enter any value for this field. Avoid using a “|” separator in the name. Otherwise, the record won't appear in depreciation searches. |

Asset Name |
Enter the name of the asset linked to the DHR. This field is a combination of the unique ID and the name assigned to the asset record when it's entered in the system. For example, FAM00001 Chairs. |

Subsidiary |
Enter the asset's subsidiary. This field is required for FAM depreciation history imports when you're importing data into a OneWorld account. |

Quantity |
Enter the asset's quantity. |
|
Accounting Book |
Enter the associated accounting book. This field is required if the system has more than one accounting book. |
|
Asset Type |
Enter the asset type. This field is required for FAM depreciation history imports and must already exist in the system. |
|
Transaction Type |
Enter Depreciation as the transaction type. |
|
Transaction Date |
Enter the depreciation transaction date. |
|
Transaction Amount |
Enter the depreciation transaction amount. |
|
Net Book Value (NBV) |
Enter the balance as of the transaction. |

Depreciation Period |
Enter the period number covered by the depreciation transaction. |
|
Prior Year Net Book Value |
Enter the asset original cost if the transaction date is within the asset’s acquisition year. Otherwise, enter the end of the year net book value. |
