Important:

The following saved searches from the NSPB - Data Saved Searches group are available as CSV files in the NetSuite UI:

  • NSPB (Data) Income Statement Transactions [.csv]

  • NSPB (Data) Balance Sheet Transactions [.csv]

  • NSPB (Data) Beg Balance [.csv]

You may notice mismatches between header names in CSV files exported from NetSuite saved searches and header names in CSV files returned from the RESTlet for the same saved searches. No matter which of these apply to you, Planning and Budgeting Sync uses names of column headers selected for the saved searches on the Results subtab in NetSuite.

To use the saved searches, you need to create them in NetSuite for your integration with Planning and Budgeting. You can then review or customize the saved searches in NetSuite. For information, see Managing the Planning and Budgeting Sync Saved Searches.
