Enabling SaaS Metric Reporting
You'll need Administrator permission to enable and use SaaS Metric Reporting.
To enable SaaS Metric Reporting:

Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

On the Analytics subtab, check the SaaS Metric Reporting box and then click Save.
