Setting Advanced Pricing Preferences
There's one preference for Advanced Pricing: Price To Use if Multiple Prices Found For an Item.
This preference lets you decide what happens if NetSuite finds more than one applicable price for the same item. By default, NetSuite uses the lowest price.
To switch to the Highest Price setting:

Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences.

On the Items/Transactions subtab, scroll down to the Sales & Pricing section.

From the Price To Use If Multiple Prices Found For an Item list, select Highest Price.
