Managing Potential Conflicts
The tie-breaker preference lets you decide what happens if NetSuite finds more than one applicable price for the same item.
To set the tie-breaker preference:

Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences.

On the Items/Transactions subtab, scroll down to the Sales & Pricing section.

For the Price To Use if Multiple Prices Found For an Item preference, select your preferred option:

Highest Price

Lowest Price
