Use the Insurance subtab to enter insurance details, policy dates, and claims made for this asset.

• Insurance Company – Select the asset's insurance company.

• Insurance Policy Number – Enter the policy number of the insurance policy covering this asset.

• Policy Start Date – Enter the insurance policy start date.

• Policy End Date – Enter the insurance policy end date.

• Insurance Value – Enter the asset's insured value.

• Payment Frequency – Enter the payment frequency in months.

• Payment Amount – Enter the periodic payment amount.
