Monitoring Web Services and RESTlet Concurrency
Use the Concurrency Monitor tool to check how your web services and RESTlet integrations are performing. The tool includes dashboards that show important data about your concurrent requests and limits. You can use this info to optimize your integration schedules and make the most of your SuiteCloud Plus licenses. Concurrency Monitor shows estimated integration concurrency and error rates to help you decide if you need to change account settings, adjust integrations, or add SuiteCloud Plus licenses.
Your NetSuite account’s integration concurrency limit depends on how many SuiteCloud Plus licenses you have. To learn more about your account's integration concurrency limit based on your SuiteCloud Plus licenses, see SuiteCloud Plus Settings.
Guidelines for Monitoring Web Services and RESTlet Concurrency
Use these guidelines to get the most out of the Concurrency Monitor tool:
-
Data from internal applications isn’t shown since those requests don’t count toward your integration concurrency limit. For more information, read Concurrency Governance for Internal Applications.
-
Your performance logs won’t move with your NetSuite account to the new OCI data center. For the first 29 days, you’ll only see data collected since the move—not the last 30 days.
