Reopening a Closed Sales Order
If you accidentally close a sales order, you can reopen it if it hasn't been billed or fulfilled yet.
To reopen a closed sales order:

On the sales order record, click Edit.

In the Closed column of any line item, click to show the box, then clear the box.
Tip:Adding a line will also reopen the order.

Click Save.
The status of the sales order changes to Pending Fulfillment or Partially Fulfilled.
