NetSuite Account Administration
The person who manages NetSuite for your organization is the main contact for NetSuite and your users. This person:

Oversees the initial setup of NetSuite

Manages the on-going administration of NetSuite
Key administrator tasks may include:

Handles daily account maintenance and management

Takes care of technical and system administration, including configuration and integration

Acts as the point of contact for end users and NetSuite Support

Helps users adopt the system and stay satisfied through training, support, and meeting their needs

Plans, reviews, and customizes NetSuite to meet user needs
-
Helps with data extraction through reporting and searches
-
Monitors usage and system performance
-
Makes sure account data is high quality, runs regular data audits, and fixes data integrity issues
-
Develops tests, does functional testing, and rolls out customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user or business needs
The person who administers NetSuite uses The Administrator Role.
