Discarding or Removing a Contact Form

You delete a contact form using Site Management Tools (SMT) in one of two ways, depending on whether you have published the content to your website:

To discard a contact form (unpublished content):

  1. Log into Site Management Tools. For details, see Logging into Site Management Tools.

  2. Select the Review & Publish Changes icon Review and Publish Changes Icon from the site management toolbar.

  3. Select the Content Form content from the Unpublished Changes list.

  4. Click Discard.

  5. In the pop up window that appears, click Yes.

To remove the contact form (published content):

  1. Log into Site Management Tools. For details, see Logging into Site Management Tools.

  2. Go to the page that contains the contact form you want to remove.

  3. Select the Edit Mode icon Edit Mode Icon from the site management toolbar.

  4. Hover over the column content box to display the content controls.

  5. Click X to remove the column from the page.

  6. In the pop up that appears, click Yes.
