About the Customer-Scheduled Maintenance Page
When you get a notification about a maintenance type that can be rescheduled, you can reschedule the date and time of the maintenance.
Reschedule a Maintenance
-
Go to Setup > Company > Customer-Scheduled Maintenance and select Reschedule beside the maintenance you want to reschedule.
-
In the popup window, select a new date, start time, and reason for the change, then click Reschedule.
Note:You'll see some dates and times greyed out because of conflicting maintenance that can't be moved. Choose any available date and time in the Reschedule popup calendar.
Customer-Scheduled Maintenance has a limited number of timeslot openings available. If the scheduled date or time doesn't work for you, select another available timeslot.
If you decide to reschedule, select your alternative timeslot carefully. Oracle NetSuite doesn't check the suitability of the new date and time and isn't responsible for any impact to your business.
After you reschedule, the new date and time for the maintenance is displayed on the Customer-Scheduled Maintenance page automatically. No approvals are needed.
You can reschedule maintenance as many times as you want until the schedule is locked (between 72 to 24 hours before the maintenance). After the schedule is locked, changes can no longer be made. To see the rescheduling history, select Show rescheduling history under the new start date and time.
