Criteria for the Overall Status of a Project
The system determines the overall status of a project by considering the importance of project KPIs and a project's KPI value. Each KPI has an assigned relative importance while each KPI value has a corresponding KPI score.
The overall status criteria use the following KPIs:

Tasks Overdue

Tasks Not Resourced

Charges Not Invoiced
Depending on a project's KPI value, it can be classified as High, Medium, or Low. The total score for all project KPIs determines the overall status of a project.
