The Blog extension lets you create blog posts for your website with Site Management Tools (SMT). You can add posts with images, add excerpts, and organize them with categories and tags.
You can create a blog spotlight to highlight selected posts on other areas of your site. Use an RSS feed to boost customer engagement, and turn on JSON-LD to help with search engine optimization (SEO).
Commerce extensions are only available if provisioned, installed, and activated for a selected domain in your NetSuite account. For more information, see Commerce Extensions.
This extension requires SuiteCommerce or the 19.1 release of SCA or later.
When you activate the Blog extension, the following new components are available on your site:

Blog Home Page – This page is created as the home page for your blog posts and has the URL path
/blogappended to your website’s URL. This page includes the following features:-
Latest articles carousel

Featured articles section
-
More articles section
-
Search feature
-

Blog Post – This component allows you to add new blog posts using SMT.

Blog Spotlight – This component allows you to add a blog spotlight to highlight posts by category. This is useful for promoting a new product line or any trending topic.

Blog RSS Feed – This component allows you to include your blog’s RSS feed link on your site, so customers can subscribe and follow your latest posts.
You can add a menu item to your site so users can go to the blog right from your navigation. To do this, go to Commerce > Websites > Configuration. In the Layout tab, under Navigation, fill in the fields to create a blog menu item.
