Adjusting Germany Central Bank Reports Settings

To access the Central Bank Reports settings, go to Setup > Customization > Central Bank Reports. Use this screen to customize the behavior of the Germany Central Bank Reports SuiteApp.

Subsidiary-specific Settings

The following settings must be separately specified for each subsidiary within this NetSuite account:

  • Reporting Company Number: Unique registration ID assigned to this company by the German Central Bank. Must be 8-9 digits long.

  • Archivation Email: Enter an email address to which generated reports will be sent for archivation purposes. Whenever a report is exported, both versions (XML and PDF) will be delivered there. For more information, see Viewing and Exporting Reports.

  • Contact Person Information: Use this section to add contact information for each subsidiary. This information will be a part of every report generated by the Germany Central Bank Reports SuiteApp (for this particular subsidiary).
