Assigning Roles and Permissions to Use India Tax Features
After you install the India Localization SuiteTax Engine SuiteApp, you’ll get the India Tax Manager role by default. This role has all the permissions you need to use the SuiteApp.
Assigning the India Tax Manager Role
You can assign the India Tax Manager role to your employees using the Administrator role. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles and assign the India Tax Manager role to employees who need access.
Configuring Roles for India Localization
If you need custom roles, base them on the India Tax Manager role. Add the permissions listed below to your custom roles. For information about customizing and creating roles, see Customizing or Creating NetSuite Roles.
