Setting Email Preferences
Users with the Administrator role can set email preferences on the Email Preferences page. These company-wide email settings apply to everyone in your NetSuite account.
Note:
Use the Set Up Web Site page to set email preferences for your website. For more information, see Set Website Email Preferences.
To set your email preferences:

Go to Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences.

Complete the required fields as described in the following topics.

Click Save.
